Lifetime Brake, Derailleur Adjustments & Safety Inspection
We will adjust your brakes and shifters for no charge for as long as you own your bicycle. That includes lubricating your bicycle’s shifters, derailleur’s, chain and pivot points.
30 Day Check Over
Your shifter cables and break cables will stretch over the very first 30 days of owning your new bicycle. Bring your bike in after a month of riding and we go through your whole bike and adjust and tighten it at no charge.
Basic Tune Ups
The Basic tune up is always free for new bicycles purchased here and you also receive a discount on our Full tune up which includes truing of wheels, cleaning the bicycle (Chain, Frame, Cranks etc)
One Year Parts and Labor Warranty
Defective parts (not wear and tear or abuse) are covered from the manufacturer and installed by Pioneer Cycle at no charge.
No Flats for 60 Days
If you have a flat in the first 2 months of owning your bicycle there is no charge for the tube or labor to fix the flat.
Two Year Wheel Truing
We true your wheels at no charge for the first 2 years of owning your bike. We can’t always do it while you wait but we won’t charge you for it.
